As long as cooking temperatures do not exceed 363°F, you can add Mógū extracts to any drinks, foods, desserts, etc.
* Exceeding cooking temperatures of 363°F can dilute the medicinal compounds of the mushroom extracts.

After the initial two weeks, to maintain the adaptogenic effects of these mushrooms and prevent tolerance buildup, we recommend cycling your intake using one of the following dosing schedules:
- Weekdays on, weekends off (Recommended)
- Every other day (every 2 days)
- 3 weeks on, 1 week off
