This face serum is amazing! I have really dry skin and use the serum primarily in the mornings, yet this keeps my face hydrated all day. Can’t recommend this enough!
My ALT enzymes from the liver were elevated which was caused by evidence of fatty liver that was shown on my CT scan. I started taking Chaga after I got those results on my blood exam, and reduced my intake of most processed foods I used to eat. After 3 months of introducing Chaga in a more balanced diet, I had another blood appointment to monitor it, and my ALT levels are back to normal :)
I take a tablespoon of this every morning with my green juices. I train for marathons, so I like to buy this mix, but take a tablespoon instead of the recommended teaspoon, so I can have a strong dose of each of the mushrooms in this blend. Highly recommend doing this if you're into long endurance training
