Recommended Supplement Dosage

Mógū recommends 2.5 grams (~1 tsp) per dose of each supplement. For optimal effects, take 5 grams (~2 tsp) per dose of each supplement. You may take the mushrooms at the same time.

*Reishi is the only mushroom we recommend to take at night.

Choose Your Own Mushroom Dosing Schedule

After the initial two weeks, to maintain the adaptogenic effects of these mushrooms and prevent tolerance buildup, we recommend cycling your intake using one of the following dosing schedules:

  • Weekdays on, weekends off (Recommended)
  • Every other day (every 2 days)
  • 3 weeks on, 1 week off
