Preparation

Mógū extracts can easily be incorporated into teas, coffees, smoothies, juices, soups, salads, oatmeal, and so much more!

As long as cooking temperatures do not exceed 363°F, you can add Mógū extracts to any drinks, foods, desserts, etc.

* Exceeding cooking temperatures of 363°F can dilute the medicinal compounds of the mushroom extracts.

Recommended Dosage

Mógū recommends 2.5 grams (~1 tsp) per dose. For optimal effects, take 5 grams (~2 tsp) per dose. You may take multiple mushrooms at the same time.

*Reishi is the only mushroom we recommend to take at night.
