Preparation

Mógū extracts can easily be incorporated into teas, coffees, smoothies, juices, soups, salads, oatmeal, and so much more! 

As long as cooking temperatures do not exceed 363°F, you can add any Mógū extracts to drinks, foods, desserts, etc. Exceeding cooking temperatures of 363°F can dilute the medicinal compounds of the mushroom extracts. 

Recommended Dosage

  • Minimum 2.5 grams per day, optimal dosage is 5 grams (about 1 teaspoon) per day at the dosing schedule below.

To maintain the adaptogenic effects of these mushrooms and to prevent changes in tolerance over time, we suggest cycling your intake with one of the below dosing schedules:

  • Weekdays on, weekends off (Recommended)

  • Every other day (every 2 days)

  • 3 weeks on, 1 week off
